What You Need to Do to Get Paid
To get paid from the Concentric settlement:
This is an automatic distribution settlement. No claim form is required. If you are a Settlement Class Member and do not exclude yourself, you will automatically receive a payment by mail after the Court grants final approval.
To make sure your check reaches you, confirm that the Settlement Administrator (Simpluris) has your current mailing address. If you’ve moved or didn’t receive a notice by mail, contact Simpluris to update your address. Payments will be void 180 days after issuance, so make sure to cash your check promptly.
The Final Approval Hearing is scheduled for July 10, 2026. Payments will go out after the Court approves the settlement and any appeals are resolved.
All Settlement Class Members who do not exclude themselves from the settlement are automatically eligible to receive an equal share of the Class Fund. No proof of purchase or application required.
Settlement Payout
Concentric settlement payments are an equal share of the Class Fund, with the per-person amount depending on how many class members participate. The $2,476,000 common fund covers individual payments, attorneys’ fees of up to $824,674.50, a $25,000 service award to the named plaintiff, and settlement administration costs. Payments are classified as non-wage damages and will be reported on a 1099 form. Checks will be mailed after the Court grants final approval and any appeals are resolved. Payments expire 180 days after issuance.

Background of the Lawsuit
Plaintiff Leonid Olegovich Sobko filed a lawsuit against Concentric, LLC DBA Concentric of Washington, LLC, along with Onpoint Group Services, LLC and DC Power Technologies Co., in King County Superior Court. The lawsuit alleges that the defendants posted job openings in Washington without disclosing the wage scale, salary range, or a general description of benefits, as required under Washington law, specifically RCW 49.58.110, the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities Act. Concentric denies any wrongdoing and disputes that it violated any law. The Court has not made any ruling on the merits of the claims. Rather than continue litigation, the parties agreed to a $2,476,000 settlement to resolve the dispute. Claims against Onpoint Group Services, LLC and DC Power Technologies Co. remain pending and are not part of this settlement.
On March 3, 2026, the King County Superior Court issued a preliminary approval order. A Final Approval Hearing is scheduled for July 10, 2026, before Judge Ken Schubert.
