What You Need to Do to Get Paid

To receive benefits, you must submit a claim form. The fastest way to file is online at the official settlement website. You may also download a paper claim form and mail it to the Settlement Administrator. Claims must be submitted or postmarked by the deadline.

Class Members must provide a valid VIN to register. For expense reimbursement claims, documentation such as receipts, invoices, or a signed affidavit is required.

Class Members may receive reimbursement for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses related to the recall (such as rental car, towing, childcare, and lost wages). Additionally, all Class Members (including those with Unrecalled Vehicles) may register for a potential residual cash payment of up to $250. Toyota is also providing an Extended New Parts Warranty of 12 years for recalled vehicles.
