You are eligible if you meet ALL of the following criteria:
- You were a California resident at the time of login
- You logged into your Sutter Health MyHealthOnline portal account
- You logged in between June 10, 2015, and March 20, 2020
- You used the portal for your own personal healthcare purposes

What You Need to Do to Get Paid
Online:
- Visit the official settlement website.
- Enter the Unique ID and PIN found on your settlement notice postcard.
- If you do not have a notice, contact the administrator at 1-888-835-0109 to see if you are eligible.
Mail:
- Download the Claim Form from the documents page.
- Fill it out completely and sign it.
- Mail it to: Sutter Health Analytics Litigation Settlement Administrator, P.O. Box 4276, Portland, OR 97208-4276.
Settlement Payout
Class members who file a valid claim will receive a pro rata cash payment estimated to be up to $90. The final amount depends on the number of valid claims filed.
The $21.5 million fund includes:
- Attorney Fees: Up to $7,095,000
- Admin Costs: Estimated $385,000 – $445,000
- Expenses: Estimated $208,990
- Service Awards: Up to $10,000 per representative
- Payments to Class Members: Remaining balance
