Joint Juice Class Action Settlement

If you ever bought Joint Juice glucosamine supplements hoping they’d ease your joint pain, you may be owed money – regardless of whether the product actually helped.

Premier Nutrition has agreed to pay $90 million to settle class action claims that the company falsely advertised its Joint Juice products as improving joint health without reliable scientific evidence to back it up.

The claim deadline is May 15, 2026. Here’s what you need to know.

What Happened?

Joint Juice marketed its glucosamine and chondroitin beverages as products that could improve joint health and relieve pain. The problem? Plaintiffs argued those claims weren’t supported by credible scientific evidence.

After years of litigation – including a jury verdict in favor of consumers – both sides agreed to settle rather than continue costly appeals. Premier Nutrition denies any wrongdoing, but the company has agreed to pay out to affected class members.

Two Separate Settlements, Two Different Payouts

This case resulted in two distinct settlements, so it’s important to know which one applies to you:

Multi-State Settlement ($70.84 Million)

If you purchased Joint Juice in California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, or Pennsylvania between March 2009 and December 2022, you may qualify.

Estimated payouts:

  • $10 per unit for products like six-packs of ready-to-drink bottles, drops, and seven-pack On The Go! products
  • $25 per unit for larger products like 30-packs and Easy Shot 1-liters
  • Up to 6 units without proof of purchase

  • $50 per unit purchased
  • Up to $300 without proof of purchase (6 units × $50)

Should You File?

If you bought Joint Juice during the covered periods, there’s little reason not to file. The settlement requires no proof for smaller claims, takes minutes to complete, and could put $60–$300 in your pocket depending on which state you purchased in.

Just remember: you can only file for one of the two settlements, not both. Choose the one that applies to where you made your purchases.

Don’t wait until the deadline. Claims often take time to process, and filing early ensures you don’t miss out.
