What You Need to Do to Get Paid
To get paid from the Premier Nutrition settlement: Claim Online Visit the Settlement Website to submit your Claim Form electronically. This is the fastest method. You will need to provide your contact information and details about your purchases. Claim by Mail Download and print the Claim Form from the documents section. Fill it out completely and mail it to the Settlement Administrator at the address provided. Ensure it is postmarked by the Claim Deadline .
No receipts are required for up to 6 Units. Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) is required if claiming more than 6 Units.
Settlement Payout
Premier Nutrition settlement payments are estimated based on the type of product purchased. Class Members may receive approximately $10 per unit for smaller packs (e.g., 6-packs) and $25 per unit for larger packs (e.g., 30-packs). Payments for up to six units do not require Proof of Purchase. Claims for more than six units require documentation.
- Attorneys’ Fees: Up to 33% of the Settlement Fund (approx. $23,377,138.46)
- Attorneys’ Expenses: Approximately $825,000 for reimbursement of out-of-pocket costs
- Service Awards: $10,000 to each of the ten Class Representatives
- Cy Pres Award: Any remaining funds donated to the Rheumatology Research Foundation
