What You Need to Do to Get Paid
To get paid from the Premier Nutrition settlement: Claim Online
Submit a Claim Form electronically via the Settlement Website. Claim by Mail
Download the claim form and mail it to the Settlement Administrator at the address provided.
No receipts are needed for up to six (6) Units, but you can submit receipts to claim more.
Settlement Payout
Premier Nutrition settlement payments will be approximately $50 per Joint Juice Unit. You can receive a payment for up to six (6) units without Proof of Purchase. If you claim more than six units, you must provide proof for each additional unit.
- $9,992,227.92 for Attorneys’ Fees and costs
- $28,294 as a Service Award for the Class Representative
- $9,139,664.55 for Class Members (Judgment Amount)

Background of the Lawsuit
The class action lawsuit claims that Premier Nutrition Corporation deceptively advertised the joint health benefits of Joint Juice. The lawsuit, Montera v. Premier Nutrition Corporation, was tried to a jury and judgment was entered against Premier Nutrition. The judgment provided over $8 million to Class Members, plus attorneys’ fees and expenses. Appeals of the judgment were not fully resolved, but the parties agreed to settle to avoid the risk and expense of ongoing litigation. Premier Nutrition denies that it did anything wrong. Through this Settlement, the judgment amounts will be distributed and the appeals dismissed.
