On April 6, 2021, Taylor Lemons filed a class action lawsuit against Walgreen Pharmacy Services Midwest, LLC, Walgreen Pharmacy Services Eastern, LLC, and Walgreen Pharmacy Services Western, LLC in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. Lemons alleged that Walgreens violated Oregon wage and hour laws by failing to provide final paychecks to terminated employees within the required timeframe and by allegedly violating overtime, meal break, and wage-deduction statutes under ORS Chapters 652 and 653.
