Non-customers in the US who received artificial or prerecorded clinical adherence calls from OptumRx between April 20, 2020, and October 22, 2025.
Eligible States
You must provide the telephone number at which you received the call(s) to demonstrate you are a member of the settlement class.
It is estimated that each participating member of the settlement class will receive between $72 and $135. The actual amount each participating member receives may be more or less depending on the number of valid claims submitted.
The plaintiff alleges that OptumRx violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by placing clinical adherence calls to cellular telephone numbers using an artificial or prerecorded voice without prior express consent. OptumRx denies the allegations but agreed to settle to avoid the cost and risk of a trial.
