Non-customers in the US who received artificial or prerecorded clinical adherence calls from OptumRx between April 20, 2020, and October 22, 2025.

Who’s Eligible
- You must have received a clinical adherence call from OptumRx, Inc. between April 20, 2020, and October 22, 2025.
- The call must have been directed to a cellular telephone or VOIP service number.
- The call must have used an artificial or prerecorded voice.
- You must NOT have been an OptumRx, Inc. customer or account holder at the time.
- Calls regarding prescription refill reminders or COVID-19 vaccines are NOT included.

What You Need to Do to Get Paid
- Submit a Claim Form electronically at www.OptumRxTCPAClassActionSettlement.com by 11:59 p.m. ET on February 4, 2026.
- Or mail a completed Claim Form to Patterson v. OptumRx, Inc., c/o Kroll Settlement Administration LLC, P.O. Box 225391, New York, NY 10150-5391, postmarked by February 4, 2026.
You must provide the telephone number at which you received the call(s) to demonstrate you are a member of the settlement class.
Settlement Payout
It is estimated that each participating member of the settlement class will receive between $72 and $135. The actual amount each participating member receives may be more or less depending on the number of valid claims submitted.
- Settlement Fund: $1,860,000
- Notice & Administration Costs: Estimated $207,750
- Attorneys’ Fees: Up to 36% of the Fund
- Incentive Award: Up to $10,000
- Litigation Costs: Up to $40,000

The plaintiff alleges that OptumRx violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by placing clinical adherence calls to cellular telephone numbers using an artificial or prerecorded voice without prior express consent. OptumRx denies the allegations but agreed to settle to avoid the cost and risk of a trial.
