  • Digital Subscribers: Individuals who were NYT digital subscribers with a New York billing zip code, directly billed by NYT (not a third party), and who cancelled their NYT digital subscription between January 19, 2018 and June 30, 2022.
  • Home Delivery Subscribers: Individuals who were NYT home delivery subscribers with a New York billing zip code, directly billed by NYT (not a third party), and who cancelled their NYT home delivery subscription between January 19, 2018 and August 9, 2023.

What You Need to Do to Get Paid

You can file a claim in two ways:

1. File Online

  • Visit www.NewYorkAGSettlement.com.
  • Enter the Claim Number and PIN provided at the top of your notice.
  • Select your preferred payment method (PayPal, Venmo, ACH, virtual Mastercard, or check).
  • Submit by March 3, 2026.

2. File by Mail or Email

Online claims require a Claim Number and PIN provided in the notice. Paper claims require a signature declaring eligibility.
