You can file a claim based on your attestation that you received more than one text message from Goldco Direct LLC during any 12-month period after requesting to stop receiving messages. No proof of purchase or receipt is required, though claims are subject to verification by the claim administrator.
Settlement Payout
Goldco Direct LLC settlement payments are made by check to class members who submit valid claim forms. Each claimant receives their pro rata share of remaining settlement funds after attorneys’ fees, administration costs, and the plaintiff service award are paid. Payments will be sent within 60 days after the settlement becomes final and effective.
