What You Need to Do to Get Paid
To get paid from the Garnet Health settlement:
Claim Online
- Go to the online claim form on the official settlement website.
- Complete and submit the electronic Claim Form before April 16, 2026.
Claim by Mail
- Download the paper Claim Form from the settlement website, or request one from Kroll Settlement Administration by phone or email.
- Complete and sign the form.
- Mail it to Kroll Settlement Administration so it is postmarked no later than April 16, 2026.
All Settlement Class Members may claim a one-time $19.50 cash payment. You do not have to provide any proof or explanation to claim this Settlement Benefit.
Settlement Payout
Garnet Health settlement payments are $19.50 per person as a one-time cash payment. You don’t need to provide any proof or documentation to claim it. Payments will be distributed after the court grants final approval and any appeals are resolved. The Final Approval Hearing was scheduled for April 13, 2026.
