Who’s Eligible

The Settlement Class includes all individuals and other persons in the United States and its territories:

  • Whose Personal Information was involved in the Incident; AND
  • Who received a mailed Notice of the Incident or substitute notice; OR
  • Who were on Inquiry Notice (aware of harm potentially arising from unauthorized use of Personal Information between September 1, 2023, and August 5, 2025).

What You Need to Do to Get Paid

Submit a Claim Form online at www.CencoraIncidentSettlement.com by January 19, 2026. Alternatively, you may mail a completed paper Claim Form to the Settlement Administrator, postmarked by January 19, 2026.

Documentation is not required for the Cash Fund Payment. Documented Loss Payments require reasonable documentation (e.g., bank statements, receipts, credit card statements) supporting the claimed loss and connection to the incident.

Settlement Payout

Estimated Payout Per Person

Class Members may select one of the following benefits:

  • Documented Loss Payment: Reimbursement for unreimbursed expenses incurred on or after September 1, 2023, related to the incident. Capped at $5,000 per claimant. Requires supporting documentation.
  • Cash Fund Payment: A pro rata cash payment from the Net Settlement Fund. No documentation required. California Class Members will receive twice the amount paid to non-California Class Members.

On February 27, 2024, Cencora disclosed unauthorized access to its information systems involving Personal Information. Plaintiffs allege Cencora failed to adequately protect this data. Cencora denies any wrongdoing but agreed to a $40 million settlement to avoid the cost and risk of litigation.
