Consumers who purchased Balance of Nature Products in the United States between March 28, 2019, and October 27, 2025.
Excluded from the Class are persons who purchased the Product for resale, those who received a full refund, the Defendant and its affiliates/employees, and the Judge/Mediator and their staff/families.
Eligible States
You can submit a Claim Form online at the Settlement Website. Alternatively, you can print a Claim Form from the website and mail it to the Settlement Administrator at PO Box 231, Valparaiso, IN 46384. Claims must be submitted online or postmarked by March 11, 2026.
Proof of purchase is not required for Tier 2 claims (maximum $8.00). Tier 1 claims (maximum $30.00) require valid proof of purchase, such as receipts, order confirmations, or account history.
The settlement provides two benefit tiers based on proof of purchase:
A Unit is defined as a single bottle of any of the products. Payments may be reduced pro rata if valid claims exceed the available settlement fund.
The lawsuit alleges that the Defendant engaged in deceptive and misleading trade practices in the manufacture and sale of Balance of Nature dietary supplements, specifically regarding advertising representations about quality, ingredients, and health benefits. The Defendant denies any wrongdoing and contends that the products have always been marketed truthfully and labeled accurately.
