  • All Persons who purchased one or more Units of Balance of Nature Products in the United States between March 28, 2019, and October 27, 2025.
  • Eligible products include Balance of Nature Fruits capsules, Balance of Nature Veggies capsules, and Balance of Nature Fiber & Spice powder.

Excluded from the Class are persons who purchased the Product for resale, those who received a full refund, the Defendant and its affiliates/employees, and the Judge/Mediator and their staff/families.

What You Need to Do to Get Paid

You can submit a Claim Form online at the Settlement Website. Alternatively, you can print a Claim Form from the website and mail it to the Settlement Administrator at PO Box 231, Valparaiso, IN 46384. Claims must be submitted online or postmarked by March 11, 2026.

Proof of purchase is not required for Tier 2 claims (maximum $8.00). Tier 1 claims (maximum $30.00) require valid proof of purchase, such as receipts, order confirmations, or account history.

The settlement provides two benefit tiers based on proof of purchase:

  • Tier 1 (Proof of Purchase): Up to $6.00 per Unit, limited to 5 Units per Household, for a maximum of $30.00.
  • Tier 2 (No Proof of Purchase): Up to $4.00 per Unit, limited to 2 Units per Household, for a maximum of $8.00.

A Unit is defined as a single bottle of any of the products. Payments may be reduced pro rata if valid claims exceed the available settlement fund.

How do I know if I am affected by the settlement?
You are affected if you purchased Balance of Nature Products (Fruits capsules, Veggies capsules, or Fiber & Spice powder) in the United States between March 28, 2019, and October 27, 2025.
Class Members can receive up to $30.00 per household with proof of purchase (Tier 1) or up to $8.00 per household without proof of purchase (Tier 2).
If the Court approves the Settlement on March 6, 2026, and there are no appeals, Benefit Checks will be distributed approximately 45 days after the Settlement becomes final.
You must submit an online exclusion form or mail a valid request to the Settlement Administrator by February 9, 2026. This preserves your right to sue the Defendant separately.
Yes, the Court has appointed Class Counsel to represent you. You will not be charged separately for their services, as their fees will be paid from the Settlement Fund upon Court approval.
