You may be eligible for the Wilshire Law Firm privacy settlement if you:

What You Need to Do to Get Paid
To get paid from the Wilshire Law Firm settlement:
Claim Online
- Go to https://wlftcpasettlement.com/form/claim.
- Enter the Unique ID and PIN from the notice mailed or emailed to you. If you can’t find your ID and PIN, email info@WLFTCPASettlement.com with your full name and mailing address to request them.
- Complete and submit the claim form before 11:59 p.m. PST on May 19, 2026.

- Fill out all required fields, sign, and date the form.
- Mail the completed form to the Settlement Administrator so it is postmarked by May 19, 2026.
Class members must provide name, address, phone number that received calls, and confirm they received pre-recorded calls from Wilshire without consent while on National Do Not Call Registry. No purchase proof required.
Settlement Payout
Wilshire Law Firm settlement payments are $75 per approved claim. Each class member may submit one claim per telephone number. Payments will be issued by check after the Court grants final approval and any appeals are resolved. The final approval hearing is scheduled for June 3, 2026, so payments are not expected before that date at the earliest.
