You must submit proof of ownership (like a registration) and proof of the expense. This includes receipts, invoices, or repair orders showing the date, amount paid, and description of the service (e.g., ‘A/C smell’ or ‘charcoal filter’).
Class members can receive full reimbursement for past repair costs (like evaporator flushing or filter replacement) incurred before May 31, 2024. For repairs after that date, you can get up to $100 for charcoal filter replacement.
