What You Need to Do to Get Paid

Settlement Payout

This settlement operates on a reimbursement basis rather than a fixed fund. Toyota will pay valid claims for:
- Past Repairs: 100% reimbursement for reasonable out-of-pocket costs incurred on or before May 31, 2024.
- Future Repairs: Up to $100 for charcoal filter replacements incurred after May 31, 2024.
- Legal Fees: Toyota will pay up to $4.1 million in attorneys’ fees separately.
