To get paid from the Roush Fenway Keselowski Racing settlement:
Claim Online
- Visit the official settlement claim site and go to the online claim form
- Log in using the Unique ID and PIN from the notice you received; if you can’t locate them, contact the Settlement Administrator to request your credentials
- Complete the form and select your cash payment option: a flat $90 payment (no documentation needed) or up to $2,500 for documented out-of-pocket losses
- Submit your claim by May 31, 2026

Cash Payment B (Alternate Cash) of $90 requires no proof or explanation. Cash Payment A (Documented Losses) up to $2,500 requires proof such as receipts showing losses traceable to the Data Incident.
Settlement Payout
Roush Fenway Keselowski Racing settlement payments are either a flat $90 with no documentation required, or up to $2,500 if you can show documented out-of-pocket losses tied to the data incident. You can claim only one of the two cash options. Qualifying losses include identity theft or fraud, credit monitoring fees, ID replacement costs, and related postage. Payments will be distributed after the court grants final approval at the June 15, 2026 hearing and any appeals are resolved. Payment options include PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, a virtual prepaid card, or a physical check.
