What You Need to Do to Get Paid

Online: Visit the official website, click ‘Submit Claim’, and enter your Notice ID and Confirmation Code (sent via email). If you do not have these, you can look up your account.

Mail: Download the Claim Form PDF from the website and mail it to the Settlement Administrator.

No Claim Form Required – Automatic Payment: If you have an ‘Active Papaya Account’ (logged in within the last 45 days), you will automatically receive an In-Game Cash distribution.

Papaya Gaming has agreed to pay $15 million to settle the lawsuit. This fund will cover payments to class members, attorneys’ fees, and administration costs.
If you have an Active Papaya Account, you will automatically receive In-Game Cash. If you do not have an active account or prefer a cash payment (via check, PayPal, etc.), you must submit a claim form by January 30, 2026.
Payments will be distributed after the Court grants Final Approval. The Final Approval Hearing is scheduled for March 2, 2026.
