Estimated Payout Per Person

Myers Auto Group settlement payments are pro rata cash amounts drawn from a $15,000 settlement fund. Your individual share depends on how many valid claims are submitted. Background of the Lawsuit

In May 2025, Myers Auto Group, LLC was hit by a targeted cyberattack on its computer systems. Plaintiffs Jamie Castillo, Terry Freeman, and Melissa Antonio filed suit in the Circuit Court of Palm Beach County, Florida, alleging that files containing private information were accessed during the breach. That information may have included names, contact details, dates of birth, and government ID numbers such as Social Security numbers and driver’s license numbers.

Myers Auto Group denies any wrongdoing, and the court has not ruled on fault. Rather than continue litigation, both sides agreed to settle. The $15,000 settlement fund will be split among class members who submit valid claims, and all class members can also enroll in one year of CyEx Financial Shield Complete identity protection at no cost. For more information, visit the official settlement website.
