- All individuals who paid a Processing Fee in connection with purchasing tickets online through the Museum of Illusions New York Website.
- The purchase must have occurred from August 29, 2022, to and through April 30, 2024.

What You Need to Do to Get Paid
To receive a payment, you must complete and submit a Claim Form by January 2, 2026. You can file a claim online at the settlement website using your Unique Notice ID and Confirmation Code, or by mailing a paper Claim Form to the Settlement Administrator.
You must provide proof of membership by providing the unique Notice ID and Confirmation Code from your email notice. If you do not have these codes, you must call the Settlement Administrator to verify your identity.
Settlement Payout
Settlement Class Members will receive a pro rata share of the Net Settlement Fund based on the total amount of Processing Fees paid in connection with tickets purchased online through the Museum of Illusions New York Website during the Class Period.
- Settlement Fund: $580,721.00
- Attorneys’ Fees: Up to one-third of the Fund (approx. $193,573.66)
- Service Award: Up to $5,000 for the Class Representative
- Admin Expenses: Deducted from the Settlement Fund
