You must attach documents showing that you owned or drove a vehicle booted by Maximum Booting during the class period, or that you paid to have a boot removed, and that the vehicle was booted in Union City, Georgia between June 15, 2012 through November 7, 2025. Maximum Booting settlement payments are up to $200 per claim for eligible vehicle owners or operators whose vehicles were booted in Union City, Georgia. Payments will be distributed by mail to class members who submit valid claim forms after the court grants final approval and all appeals are resolved. The exact per-person amount depends on the total number of claims submitted and administrative costs.
