Settlement Documents

Background of the Lawsuit

Mark Pinter sued Land Air Sea Systems, Inc., alleging the company sold products falsely represented as “Made in the USA” or “Manufactured in the USA” in violation of various state consumer protection laws. The Plaintiff claimed these false origin claims deceived consumers into purchasing the products.

Land Air Sea Systems denies all allegations and maintains that it did nothing wrong. Rather than continue with the expense and uncertainty of litigation, the parties agreed to settle the case. The settlement allows eligible consumers to recover payments without further delay.

The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York must approve the settlement at a Final Approval Hearing scheduled for March 18, 2026, at 12 p.m. EST in Courtroom 6H N, located at 225 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, New York 11201.
