Deadline: Submit all claims by March 30, 2026. Include: (1) completed Claim Form, (2) proof of payment (invoice, receipt, or credit card statement), (3) vehicle documentation (VIN, owner name, component repaired, repair facility information).
Claimants must submit proof of payment (paid invoice, receipt, or credit card statement showing amount paid and date of service), documentation identifying the vehicle (VIN, owner, component repaired), and repair facility name and contact information.
FCA US settlement payments include a warranty extension covering MultiAir Actuator or Fuel Injector repairs for 15 years or 150,000 miles (whichever comes first) at no cost. Class members who paid for qualifying repairs before settlement approval can submit claims for reimbursement with proof of payment.
The lawsuit alleged that FCA US LLC failed to provide appropriate warranty coverage for MultiAir Actuator and Fuel Injector components in 2015-2017 Chrysler 200 PZEV vehicles as emissions-related parts under the California Emissions Warranty. Two class representatives, Ebony Thompson and Juvenal Rodriguez, filed separate class actions raising these claims.
The parties engaged in extensive negotiations over multiple mediation sessions. To streamline proceedings, the claims were consolidated in a single action for settlement purposes. FCA US denied the allegations and expressed no admission of wrongdoing in settling. The settlement does not determine whether FCA US violated warranty laws, but both sides agreed the compromise was fair and preferable to continued litigation.
