For Documented Losses (Cash Payment A), reasonable documentation such as telephone records, correspondence, or receipts is required. No documentation is required for the Alternate Cash Payment or Medical Data Monitoring.

Estimated Payout Per Person

Settlement Class Members may submit a claim for one or more of the following benefits:

  • Cash Payment A (Documented Losses): Reimbursement for documented out-of-pocket losses reasonably related to the Data Incident, up to a maximum of $5,000 per person.
  • Cash Payment B (Alternate Cash): A cash payment estimated at $100. This amount may increase or decrease pro rata based on the number of valid claims.
  • Medical Data Monitoring: Two (2) years of CyEx’s medical data monitoring product. This benefit can be claimed in addition to a cash payment.

The lawsuit alleges that on or about December 5, 2024, cybercriminals unlawfully accessed the RIBridges computer systems managed by Deloitte Consulting LLP. This incident reportedly compromised the private information of approximately 735,501 individuals. Deloitte denies any wrongdoing.
