What You Need to Do to Get Paid
To get paid from the Adena Health System settlement:

Visit www.AdenaPixelSettlement.com and submit your claim form online. You will need your Unique ID and Password from your settlement notice. If you cannot find your ID and Password, contact the Settlement Administrator by email at info@AdenaPixelSettlement.com or call (833) 417-4976.
Claim by Mail
Download the claim form from www.AdenaPixelSettlement.com and mail it postmarked by March 6, 2026 to: Adena Tracking Tools Settlement, c/o Settlement Administrator, P.O. Box 25226, Santa Ana, CA 92799.
You may also email a completed claim form to info@AdenaPixelSettlement.com. Claims must be submitted online, by mail, or by email no later than March 6, 2026.
No proof required to claim the $21.00 cash payment.
Settlement Payout
Adena Health System settlement payments are available to all eligible class members. You can claim a one-time cash payment of $21.00 or enroll in one year of CyEx Privacy Shield Global privacy monitoring services, or claim both benefits. You do not need to provide proof to claim the cash payment.
