Who’s Eligible

  • Trinity Class: Current owners of homes built and sold by Trinity Home Builders, LLC from January 1, 2009, through March 7, 2018, in the Ohio counties of Franklin, Licking, Delaware, Fairfield, and Union.
  • Homewood Class: Current owners of homes built and sold by Homewood Corporation from January 1, 1999, through March 7, 2018, in the Ohio counties of Franklin, Licking, Delaware, Fairfield, and Union.
  • Exclusions: Homes that have had their original roof replaced (Homewood), homes with a foreclosure in the chain of title (Homewood), or homes obtained through a buy-back program that were built by a different builder.

What You Need to Do to Get Paid

You can file a claim in two ways:

1. File Online

  • Visit the official site at www.trinityandhomewoodsettlement.com.
  • Submit your claim form electronically by February 16, 2026.

2. File by Mail

  • Download the Claim Form from the website.
  • Mail your completed form to the Settlement Administrator postmarked no later than February 16, 2026.

You must attest to ownership and that the home was built by the defendant. The Administrator may verify claims against public records.

Settlement Payout

Estimated Payout Per Person

Authorized Claimants will receive a pro rata share of the Net Settlement Fund. Payments are capped at $25,000 per home. The actual amount will depend on the number of valid claims submitted and the deduction of fees, costs, and expenses.
