What You Need to Do to Get Paid
To get paid from the Saratoga Harness Racing settlement:
Claim Online
- Visit the settlement website to file your claim online
- Log in with your Unique ID and PIN from the notice you received
- Complete and submit your claim form online by May 11, 2026
- Choose Cash Payment A (up to $2,500 with proof of losses) or Cash Payment B ($50 flat payment)
- All claimants also receive one year of credit monitoring with identity theft insurance

- Download the Claim Form from the settlement website
- Complete the form with your claim information and any supporting documentation
- Mail to the Settlement Administrator with a postmark date no later than May 11, 2026
- If claiming Cash Payment A, include receipts or proof of your out-of-pocket losses from the data breach
$50 flat payment with no proof required, or up to $2,500 for documented out-of-pocket losses (receipts and supporting documentation required).
Settlement Payout
Saratoga Harness Racing settlement payments are either $50 or up to $2,500 depending on your claim type. Claimants can choose Cash Payment B for a flat $50 payment with no proof required, or Cash Payment A for up to $2,500 to reimburse documented out-of-pocket losses from the data breach. All claimants also receive one year of credit monitoring with $1 million identity theft insurance. Payments will be distributed after the court approves the settlement and any appeals are resolved.
