The lawsuit alleges that Robert Morris University breached its contract and was unjustly enriched when it transitioned to remote learning during the Spring 2020 semester in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The plaintiff sought a refund of a portion of tuition and mandatory fees. RMU denies all allegations of wrongdoing.
