What You Need to Do to Get Paid

  • Do Nothing: You will automatically receive a payment by check to your last known mailing address on file with the University Registrar.
  • Update or Elect Digital Payment: Visit the Settlement Website to provide an updated address or elect to receive payment via Venmo or PayPal.
  • Deadline: Election forms must be submitted no later than 45 days after the Effective Date.

Payments are automatic for eligible Class Members based on University records. No proof or claim form is required to receive a check, but you may update your address or select a digital payment method online.

Payments will be calculated pro rata based on the total amount of Spring 2020 tuition and mandatory fees assessed to each Class Member, minus any financial aid and unpaid balances. The Net Settlement Fund will be allocated 80% to students and 20% to the University.
