Who’s Eligible
- You must have purchased one or more products on Joybird.com, or at a Joybird physical store location.
- The purchase must have been made while you were in the states of California, Oregon, or Washington.
- The purchase must have been at a sale price.
- The purchase must have occurred from December 18, 2019 to October 31, 2025.

What You Need to Do to Get Paid
To receive the Cash Benefit ($115 check/digital payment), you must submit a valid Claim Form online or by mail postmarked no later than February 13, 2026. If you do nothing, you will automatically receive the $115 Credit Voucher.
You do not need to provide proof of purchase. However, the claim form requires the email address or mailing address associated with one of your purchases.
Settlement Payout
Settlement Class Members will each receive a $115.00 settlement benefit. You may choose to receive this benefit as cash (paid by check or electronic payment) by submitting a claim form, or as a store credit voucher for Joybird.com (valid for two years) by taking no action.

- Attorneys’ Fees: Up to $1,325,000
- Incentive Awards: Up to $7,500 each
