What You Need to Do to Get Paid

To receive the Cash Benefit ($115 check/digital payment), you must submit a valid Claim Form online or by mail postmarked no later than February 13, 2026. If you do nothing, you will automatically receive the $115 Credit Voucher.

You do not need to provide proof of purchase. However, the claim form requires the email address or mailing address associated with one of your purchases.
