What You Need to Do to Get Paid

You do not need to file a claim to receive a payment. Payments will be mailed automatically to eligible Class Members who do not opt out.

  • Automatic Payment: If you do nothing, you will receive an Individual Class Payment and/or Individual PAGA Payment (if eligible).
  • Opt-Out Deadline: If you do not want to participate in the Class Settlement, you must submit a written Request for Exclusion by March 6, 2026.

Payments are calculated based on the number of Workweeks worked during the Class Period and Pay Periods worked during the PAGA Period. Individual estimates are provided on the mailed Class Notice.

  • PAGA Penalties: $100,000 (75% to LWDA, 25% to Aggrieved Employees)

The lawsuit alleges that AT&T Mobility Services violated California labor laws by failing to pay minimum and overtime wages, failing to provide compliant meal and rest periods, failing to furnish accurate wage statements, failing to reimburse business expenses, and failing to pay sick pay wages. Do I need to submit a claim form?
No. If you are eligible and do not opt out, you will automatically receive a payment check by mail after the settlement is final.
You may opt out of the Class Settlement by sending a written Request for Exclusion to the Administrator by March 6, 2026. You cannot opt out of the PAGA portion of the settlement.
The Final Approval Hearing is scheduled for March 23, 2026, at the Los Angeles Superior Court.
