Ardagh Glass Inc. settlement payments are estimated at approximately $1,314.70 per eligible claimant, though the final amount will depend on how many class members submit valid claims. Checks expire 180 days after issuance. Payments are classified as non-wage damages and will be reported on a 1099 form.
