Settlement Payout
Ardagh Glass Inc. settlement payments are estimated at approximately $1,314.70 per eligible claimant, though the final amount will depend on how many class members submit valid claims. All claimants receive an equal share of the settlement fund. Payments will be issued by mailed check after the court grants final approval and any appeals are resolved. Checks expire 180 days after issuance. Payments are classified as non-wage damages and will be reported on a 1099 form.
