What You Need to Do to Get Paid

You can file a claim in two ways:

1. File Online

  • Visit www.AllTrustDataIncidentSettlement.com to submit your claim form electronically.
  • Ensure you submit your claim by March 3, 2026.

2. File by Mail

  • Download the Claim Form from the settlement website.
  • Mail the completed form and supporting documentation to: AllTrust Data Incident Settlement, Attn: Claim Forms, 1650 Arch Street, Suite 2210, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
  • Mailed claims must be postmarked no later than March 3, 2026.

For Documented Losses (Cash Payment A), you must submit reasonable documentation supporting the losses, such as telephone records, correspondence, or receipts.

Settlement Payout

Estimated Payout Per Person

Settlement Class Members may submit a claim for one of the following: (1) a flat cash payment estimated at $25.00, or (2) reimbursement of up to $2,500.00 for documented extraordinary losses. Additionally, California residents may claim a statutory award of $50.00. All Class Members are eligible for one year of credit monitoring.

Background of the Lawsuit

The lawsuit alleges that Valsoft Corporation, Inc. d/b/a AllTrust Networks and Aspire USA, LLC failed to properly secure private information during a cybersecurity incident in February 2024. The Plaintiffs claim negligence and violations of various state laws. The Defendants deny any wrongdoing but have agreed to settle to avoid the costs and risks of further litigation.

What is the Data Incident?
The Data Incident refers to the cybersecurity incident involving Defendants resulting in the potential unauthorized access to or acquisition of Private Information that took place between February 12, 2024, and February 15, 2024.
No. Settlement Class Members can select either Cash Payment A (Documented Losses) OR Cash Payment B (Flat Cash). However, California Settlement Subclass Members can elect to receive the California Statutory Award in addition to one of the Cash Payment types.
The Court will hold a Final Approval Hearing on March 16, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. ET via Zoom.
If you do nothing, you will not receive any of the Settlement Class Member Benefits and you will give up your rights to sue Defendants and Released Parties for the claims this Settlement resolves.
Class Counsel shall apply to the Court for an award of attorneys’ fees and costs of up to $600,000.00, to be paid by Defendants separate from the benefits to Settlement Class Members.
