Visit the official settlement website. You may need a unique Class Member ID provided in your email or mail notice to log in and update your payment details.

If you received a paper notice, you can mail the attached form to the Settlement Administrator at P.O. Box 301132, Los Angeles, CA 90030-1132.
No proof of purchase or contract is required for most claimants. The Settlement Administrator likely already has a list of eligible swimmers (the “Roster”) based on International Swimming League (ISL) records. You just need to confirm your details.
Payments will vary based on which “Damages Class” you fall into (2018 or 2019). The fund is divided into two pools: roughly $1.1 million for the 2018 class and $3.5 million for the 2019 class. Your payment is a “pro rata” (proportional) share of the pool you qualify for.
The $4.6 million fund will be used to pay:
Professional swimmers sued World Aquatics (formerly FINA), alleging the organization violated antitrust laws. The lawsuit claimed World Aquatics illegally boycotted the International Swimming League (ISL) and threatened to ban swimmers who competed in ISL events. This allegedly prevented top-tier swimmers from earning appearance fees and prize money they would have otherwise received.
