  • Had a personal or commercial lines property insurance policy issued by West Bend.
  • Made a Structural Loss claim for property located in Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, or Wisconsin (Date of Loss: March 29, 2020 – June 30, 2022); or in Missouri (Date of Loss: March 29, 2012 – June 30, 2022).
  • Had an Xactimate estimate used in the determination of the ACV Payment.
  • Received an ACV Payment from which Nonmaterial Depreciation was withheld, or would have received one but for the withholding causing the loss to drop below the deductible.

What You Need to Do to Get Paid

You may submit a Claim Form online at the settlement website by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on February 6, 2026. Alternatively, you may mail a completed paper Claim Form to the Settlement Administrator, postmarked no later than February 6, 2026.

West Bend’s records indicate eligibility. Claimants must submit a valid Claim Form to receive payment. Proof is generally not required unless filing as a representative.

Estimated Payout Per Person

Payments vary based on the state of policy issuance. Class Members in Illinois, Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio, and Tennessee may receive 100% of withheld Nonmaterial Depreciation plus 5% interest. Class Members in Virginia and Wisconsin may receive 80% of withheld Nonmaterial Depreciation plus 5% interest. Claimants who were previously paid the withheld amount may receive a fixed payment between $25 and $500.
