Background of the Lawsuit

Plaintiffs allege the Washington Nationals discriminated against older fans by offering ‘Millennial’ and ‘Young Professional’ ticket discounts (up to 30% off plus credits) exclusively to individuals aged 21-39. The lawsuit claims this age-based pricing violated the D.C. Human Rights Act and the D.C. Consumer Protection Procedures Act.
