What You Need to Do to Get Paid
No claim form is required to receive a payment by check to your last known address. To receive payment via Venmo or PayPal, or to update your address, you must submit an Election Form on the settlement website by February 20, 2026.
No proof is required as Class Members are identified via University records. An Election Form is only needed to update contact info or select a digital payment method.
Settlement Payout
Class Members will receive a pro rata share of the Net Settlement Fund. The exact amount will depend on the total number of eligible students and the final deductions for fees and costs. No claim form is required to receive a check at the last known address, but an Election Form can be submitted to choose a digital payment method.
