Who’s Eligible
- Individuals residing in the United States who were sent a notice by Summit informing them of the Data Incident Summit discovered in May 2024.
- Excluded are the judges presiding over the action and their families, the Defendant and its related entities/officers, and Class Members who validly opt out.

What You Need to Do to Get Paid
To receive benefits, you must submit a valid Claim Form by February 17, 2026. You may file online at www.SNBDataSettlement.com using the Unique ID provided on your postcard notice, or you may request a paper form from the Settlement Administrator and mail it to the designated address.
For out-of-pocket loss reimbursement, you must provide documentation such as receipts, professional fee invoices, or credit monitoring bills that are reasonably supporting the claim. For the cash payment or credit monitoring, you must provide the Unique ID from your notice.
Settlement Payout
Class Members may receive three forms of relief: (1) an estimated cash payment of approximately $175.00 (subject to pro rata adjustment); (2) reimbursement of up to $5,000.00 for documented out-of-pocket losses or expenses fairly traceable to the data incident; and (3) three years of credit and identity theft monitoring. All three benefits may be combined.

- Service Award: Up to $4,000
