Estimated Payout Per Person

Settlement payments will be allocated to eligible Class Members based on records maintained by the Plan’s Recordkeeper. Current Participants will receive their share deposited directly into their Plan accounts. Former Participants will receive a check, with a minimum payment amount of $10.
