Who’s Eligible
- You are or were a participant in, or beneficiary of, the ServiceNow, Inc. 401(k) Plan.
- You invested in any of the American Century Target Date Funds in the Plan.
- Your participation occurred at any time during the Class Period from February 21, 2018, through October 29, 2025.

What You Need to Do to Get Paid
Settlement Class Members do not have to submit claim forms to receive their allocated share. Payments will be distributed automatically to eligible Current and Former Participants if the Court approves the Settlement.
Settlement Payout
Settlement payments will be allocated to eligible Class Members based on records maintained by the Plan’s Recordkeeper. Current Participants will receive their share deposited directly into their Plan accounts. Former Participants will receive a check, with a minimum payment amount of $10.
- Settlement Fund: $925,000
- Attorneys’ Fees: Up to $231,250
- Case Contribution Awards: Up to $5,000 per Representative
- Administrative Expenses: Deducted from Fund
