- Individuals residing in the United States whose Personal Information was potentially compromised in the Data Security Incident experienced by Restek which began on or about June 2, 2023.
- Individuals who received notice of the Data Security Incident.
- Excluded: Restek, any judge assigned to the case, and persons found guilty of causing the incident.

What You Need to Do to Get Paid
You must submit a valid Claim Form online at the official settlement website or by mail. The deadline to file is January 9, 2026.
No documentation is required to claim the Alternative Cash Payment of $50 or Credit Monitoring. Documentation is required for claims seeking reimbursement for Ordinary or Extraordinary Losses.
Settlement Payout
Settlement Class Members may submit a claim for one of the following: (1) An Alternative Cash Payment of $50.00 (subject to pro rata reduction), OR (2) Reimbursement for Ordinary Losses up to $425 (including lost time at $20/hour) AND Extraordinary Losses up to $3,500. Additionally, all Class Members are eligible to claim 2 years of credit monitoring services.
- Monetary Benefits Cap: $210,000 (Subject to pro rata reduction)
- Attorneys’ Fees: Up to $130,000 (requested)
- Service Award: Up to $2,500
- Credit Monitoring: Paid separately by Defendant
