Estimated Payout Per Person

Settlement Class Members may submit a claim for one of the following: (1) An Alternative Cash Payment of $50.00 (subject to pro rata reduction), OR (2) Reimbursement for Ordinary Losses up to $425 (including lost time at $20/hour) AND Extraordinary Losses up to $3,500. Additionally, all Class Members are eligible to claim 2 years of credit monitoring services.
