Eligible States
You must submit a valid Claim Form online at the official settlement website or by mail. The deadline to file is January 9, 2026.
No documentation is required to claim the Alternative Cash Payment of $50 or Credit Monitoring. Documentation is required for claims seeking reimbursement for Ordinary or Extraordinary Losses.
Settlement Class Members may submit a claim for one of the following: (1) An Alternative Cash Payment of $50.00 (subject to pro rata reduction), OR (2) Reimbursement for Ordinary Losses up to $425 (including lost time at $20/hour) AND Extraordinary Losses up to $3,500. Additionally, all Class Members are eligible to claim 2 years of credit monitoring services.
The lawsuit alleges that in June 2023, Restek Corporation was the victim of a data security incident impacting its computer systems and potentially compromising the Personal Information of certain current and former employees. Restek denies any wrongdoing.
