What You Need to Do to Get Paid

Online: Visit the official website, enter your Notice ID (if received) or proceed as a new claimant, and upload digital copies of receipts/vet records if claiming documented losses.

Mail: Download the Claim Form from the ‘Important Documents’ section, complete it, attach copies of documentation (do not send originals), and mail to the Settlement Administrator at the address provided.

Undocumented food claims: $20 per bag (max 2 bags/$40).
Undocumented pet injury: $50 (illness) or $100 (death).
Documented claims: 100% of approved losses up to $100,000.

What benefits are available?

Class Members can recover money by submitting valid Pet Injury Claims and/or Consumer Food Purchase Claims. Fully documented claims are paid at 100% of approved losses. Undocumented claims are capped at $40 for food and $50-$100 for pet injury.

How do I get reimbursed?

You must submit a valid Claim Form by February 5, 2026. You can submit it online or by mail.

What if I do nothing?

You will stay in the Settlement Class, give up certain rights to sue, and receive no payment.
