What You Need to Do to Get Paid
- Visit the official Settlement Website to file a claim online.
- Choose between Reimbursement for Documented Expenses (up to $500) or the Alternative Cash Payment (estimated $150).
- If claiming expenses, upload reasonable third-party documentation demonstrating the loss.
- Submit the form online or by mail postmarked no later than January 12, 2026.
Claims for documented expenses must be supported by reasonable third-party documentation such as receipts or invoices. Self-prepared documents are insufficient. The alternative cash payment option does not require documentation.
Settlement Payout
Settlement Class Members may submit a claim for Documented Expenses and Losses up to $500.00 for unreimbursed costs fairly traceable to the Data Incident. Alternatively, Class Members may choose an Alternative Cash Payment estimated to be $150.00, subject to pro rata adjustment.
