- You must have enrolled in an automatically renewing Educative Subscription between November 16, 2019, and November 14, 2023.
- You must have used a California billing address for the subscription.
- You must have been charged and paid one or more automatic renewal fees.
- You must not have received a full refund for the subscription.

What You Need to Do to Get Paid
You do not need to file a claim to receive a payment. If you are a Class Member and do not exclude yourself, you will automatically receive a payment by check or e-payment after the settlement is approved.
Settlement Payout
Class Members are estimated to receive a pro rata cash payment of approximately $23.86 for annual and quarterly subscribers, and $11.93 for monthly subscribers. Payments will be distributed automatically if the settlement is approved.

- Attorneys’ Fees: Up to $208,333.00
- Class Representative Award: Up to $2,500
- Administrator Costs: Deducted from Fund
