Who’s Eligible
- All persons in the United States who had an account (free or paid) with a Defendant (Delta Defense, LLC or United States Concealed Carry Association, Inc.).
- You must have visited a page on a Defendant’s website housing a video behind a paywall or subscription wall.
- The visit must have occurred between September 21, 2020, and June 2, 2025.

What You Need to Do to Get Paid
You can file a claim in two ways:
1. File Online
- Visit the official settlement website.
- Submit your claim electronically on or before 11:59 p.m. (Pacific) on March 2, 2026.
2. File by Mail
- Download the Claim Form from the settlement website.
- Mail the completed form to the Settlement Administrator, postmarked by March 2, 2026.
Settlement Payout
Settlement Class Members who submit a valid claim will receive a pro rata share of the Settlement Fund. The value of an individual award will depend upon the number of Settlement Class Members who file valid Claim Forms.
- Settlement Fund: $1,450,000.00
- Attorneys’ Fees: Up to $483,333.33
- Service Awards: Up to $6,000.00 total
- Admin & Notice Costs: Paid from Settlement Fund

The lawsuit alleges that Delta Defense and USCCA violated the Video Privacy Protection Act by using third-party website technology (including the Meta Pixel) to collect and share subscribers’ video viewing information with third parties without consent.
