Who’s Eligible
- Purchased one or more Bayer Products (Lotrimin or Tinactin spray products) in the United States beginning no earlier than November 16, 2015
- Products must have been subject to Bayer’s October 2021 recall, with lot numbers beginning with TN, CV, or NAA, distributed between September 2018 and September 2021
- Eligible products include: Lotrimin Anti-Fungal (AF) Athlete’s Foot Powder Spray, Lotrimin Anti-Fungal Jock Itch (AFJI) Athlete’s Foot Powder Spray, Lotrimin Anti-Fungal (AF) Athlete’s Foot Deodorant Powder Spray, Lotrimin AF Athlete’s Foot Liquid Spray, Lotrimin AF Athlete’s Foot Daily Prevention Deodorant Powder Spray, Tinactin Jock Itch (JI) Powder Spray, Tinactin Athlete’s Foot Deodorant Powder Spray, Tinactin Athlete’s Foot Powder Spray, Tinactin Athlete’s Foot Liquid Spray
You are NOT eligible if you are an officer or director of Defendants, never actually used the product but only purchased for resale, are a judge or staff member of a judge assigned to the case, are Settlement Class Counsel or staff, or if you properly exclude yourself from the settlement

What You Need to Do to Get Paid
To get paid from the Bayer settlement:
Claim Online
Visit www.antifungalspraysettlement.com and submit your claim form online by 11:59 p.m. Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time on March 11, 2026.
Claim by Mail
Mail your completed claim form postmarked by March 11, 2026 to: Antifungal Spray Settlement Administrator, c/o Rust Consulting, Inc. – 9111, PO Box 2661, Faribault, MN 55021-9661.
You have two claim options: submit a Proof of Purchase Claim with documentation of your purchase, or a No Proof of Purchase Claim by attesting under penalty of perjury (maximum 3 units per household). You cannot submit both types. Only one claim form per household is allowed.
You may submit Proof of Purchase showing the purchase date, specific product, and price. Alternatively, you can claim up to 3 products without proof by attesting under penalty of perjury that you purchased them during the settlement period.
Settlement Payout
Bayer settlement payments vary based on your claim type. If you submit a proof of purchase, you receive the actual purchase price (excluding taxes).
Without proof of purchase, you receive $7 per product, up to 3 units per household. Payments are subject to pro rata adjustment based on claim volume. If you received compensation through Bayer’s Recall Program, your settlement payment will be reduced by that amount.
