Claim Deadline
What You Need to Do to Get Paid
Submit a claim form online at www.accubipasettlement.com by March 12, 2026. You may also download a paper claim form and mail it to the Settlement Administrator, postmarked by the deadline.
Class members may file a claim using the Claim ID and PIN provided in their notice. If you did not receive a notice but believe you are eligible, you may still file a claim if you worked for one of the listed companies during the class period.
Settlement Payout
Eligible Class Members who submit a valid claim will receive a pro rata share of the Net Settlement Fund. Estimates suggest payments will range between $100 and $500, though the final amount depends on the number of valid claims filed.
- Settlement Fund: $1,500,000
- Attorneys’ Fees: Up to $525,000 (35% of Fund)
- Service Awards: $15,000 ($7,500 per Representative)
- Administration Costs: TBD (Deducted from the Fund)
