Restaurants listed on Grubhub, Seamless, Eat24, or affiliated apps between 2019 and 2024 without a contract.
Eligible States
Submit a Claim Form online using your Unique ID and PIN. If you did not receive a notice, contact the Settlement Administrator. You may also mail a paper claim form to the P.O. Box provided.
Claimants must provide a Unique ID and PIN from their notice. Businesses not currently under contract with Grubhub must provide a federal tax identification number (EIN).
Eligible businesses will receive an initial payment of $50. After initial payments are distributed, remaining funds will be paid pro rata based on the length of time the business was listed on the platforms without a contract.
The lawsuit alleges that Grubhub and its affiliates listed restaurants on their food delivery platforms without the businesses’ permission or a contract. Plaintiffs claim this practice caused confusion among consumers and reputational harm to the restaurants. Grubhub denies any wrongdoing.
