- You must be a current or former California resident.
- You must have made a booking on airportparkingreservations.com and/or airportparking.com.
- The booking must have occurred between July 1, 2024, and March 10, 2025.
- You must have paid a mandatory “Service Charge” in connection with the booking.

What You Need to Do to Get Paid
Submit a Claim Form online at the official settlement website by January 15, 2026. Alternatively, you may print a Claim Form from the website and mail it to the Settlement Administrator, postmarked no later than January 15, 2026.
Settlement Payout
Eligible claimants will receive a pro rata portion of the Settlement Fund, based on the total amount of processing fees paid relative to other authorized claims.
- Settlement Fund: $425,000.00
- Attorneys’ Fees: Up to 35% of the Settlement Fund
- Service Award: $5,000 to the Class Representative
- Administrative Costs: Paid from the Settlement Fund
