The class includes all California residents who made a reservation through airportparkingreservations.com or airportparking.com and paid a mandatory Service Charge at checkout from July 1, 2024, to March 10, 2025.
Payments will be a pro rata share of the settlement fund based on the total amount of processing fees you paid.
If the Court approves the settlement, payments are expected to be sent 28 days after January 15, 2026.
To exclude yourself, you must submit a request for exclusion by mail or online by November 7, 2025. If you exclude yourself, you will not receive a payment but will retain your right to sue.
